Our exterior window cleaning
services can not be beat! Finger prints, bird droppings,
dried mud, spots, and even Fido's art displays are no match. Exterior
windows are first scrubbed using the best window solution known to
the industry with the best micro-fiber pro-scubber available.
Then, if necessary we will scrape anything stuck to the window,
followed by another scrubbing. Then we will squeegee the soap and
water off the window, leaving no streaks or residue. After the
window is clean, we touch up any missed spots and/or drips with a
lint-free towel or chamois and clean the window sill as well.
We leave your windows the way they were meant to be... clear.

Recurring Schedule
A regular and recurring schedule of
services is the best way to ensure that your home is maintained
and that the atmosphere is kept beautiful. Most customers like to
have their windows cleaned on a quarterly or bi-annual schedule
and their gutters serviced annually. You can choose what services
and how often you would like them to occur. Just
specify how many weeks apart you prefer your window cleaning
services and we will call you to confirm each scheduled service as
they arrive.

the cords and head rails, cleaning the tapes and cleaning any odor
off the blind. This

Construction Clean-up
Generally speaking, windows in a
new home require special attention. When construction is
completed, CleanStreak Services can remove window stickers,
paint over-spray, and other unsightly debris. All new glass will
be inspected for damage prior to cleaning and we may require a
signed release form due to pre-existing damage & fabrication
problems with tempered glass.
Gutter
Inspection and Service

maintanance rules here. Gutters MUST be inspected and cleaned
annually for them to do their job correctly. Clogged gutters are
an open invitation towards roof damage and wall damage. A small

looking to breed. We will inspect your gutters safely and clear
the debris by hand and put the waste in bags, and hose any dirt,
leaving your property cleaner than when we arrived.
